100 raw in 80 hours

I am starting this raw cleanse Monday morning. I am going to be 100% raw for 2 whole weeks, then transition back to cooked foods the next week. I have already been vegan this week, not much of a change though as I probably only ate one non-vegan meal every day. No more frozen yogurt, but that is probably a good thing.

I am going to try to start blogging everyday what I am eating just to document my journey for myself.

Today I had a shake consisting of 1/2 scoop vanilla rice protein, 1 tsp fitnutz, ice, water, and 1/2 almond milk. Snack was a banana, and then I have a plum and 2 nectarines, lunch will be a salad with tomato, cucumber, and mushrooms. Also I have some yummy baby carrots to snack on. Dinner will probably be another salad but from whole foods since I have to make a run there for some things.
